Our property managers will “fix” and maintain whatever they are qualified to resolve.
For example, they will generally handle replacements for filters, batteries, and lighting; however, we will outsource work outside this scope to contractors who will have their own associated fees.
*All contractor expenses are the responsibility of the property owner.

Executive services include most assistant work and tasks and errands.

Although we are based in Wellington, FL, we offer our services in Miami, the Hamptons, Big Sky, and the Yellowstone Club.
We are happy to accommodate your location needs per request. If we do not already have a team in your area, we will do our best to build one for you.

We don't believe in paying a bill far greater than expected at the end of the month. Instead of charging a base price per square footage and then adding on an hourly rate for our time, we have a set price, which encourages you to use our services without fear of an outrageous bill at the end of the month.
What you pay at the beginning of the month for management is all you need to worry about.
